The group comprises of three subsidiaries, Ampa Plastics, Modek and Coolseal SA, that collectively produce products such as GRP and Polycarbonate Roof Sheeting, eco-friendly packaging, and high-quality rigid thermoplastic flat sheeting. The company is privately owned and includes Investec as both a shareholder and major BEE Partner. Over the last forty years, the company has operated in major industry sectors, both nationally and internationally, including the mining, transportation and construction sectors.
